Our leadership
Eisodus is led by its founder, with a network spanning both markets and both sides of every deal.
Michael founded Eisodus to close a specific gap in the industry: the mid-market investors, operators, and sellers who want to naturally grow their business across similar territories to ease the challenge of supply in modern real estate markets. Noticing equity and liquidity constraints often solved by foreign capital across either border, a pattern rather than a trend. Over the past decade he has participated in $500M+ of transactions and underwritten more than $2B in gross asset value across investment sales, recapitalizations, and capital advisory for clients. Prior to founding Eisodus, Michael held leadership positions at respected real estate capital advisory firms in the US and spent time in the oil and gas industry.
